Appointment Policies

Please review these policies BEFORE booking your appointment.

New Patient Appointments:

  • For all clients scheduling a visit, we require a $50 fee to reserve your appointment slot.

  • If deciding to want treatment; the fee will be applied towards your service.

  • If deciding to have a consult only; you will be reimbursed this fee at the time of visit.

  • In case of a no show/no call, the $50 fee is non-refundable


Cancellation Policy:

  • We kindly ask that a 24-hour notice is given when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • We understand that situations may occur when this is not possible. We value and respect your time, as well as our own!

Day of Appointment:

  • Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full-service. Please arrive 10-minutes early for your first appointment.

  • Minimal or no makeup is recommended when arriving for your appointment.

Late Arrivals:

  • Because appointments are scheduled back-to-back, we ask our patients to be on-time for their appointments. However, we understand that sometimes due to traffic or weather, etc. this is not always possible.

  • If you anticipate being more than 15-minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule for another day.

Age Requirement:

  • We kindly ask that you please make the proper arrangements for supervision of your children during your appointment. We are unable to watch children in the facility.

  • Any children under the age of 18 may need to sign a waiver and/or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian before receiving services.

Method of Payment:

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash or check.

  • Gift cards are available for purchase here.

Product Orders:

  • For your convenience, all skin care products are available for purchase through our website.

  • All products are also available at our facility for purchase during your appointment.

For Your Safety:

  • We request that any medical conditions and/or prescription medications are disclosed, as some services may be contraindicated.

  • Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities, and please let us know if you are pregnant.
