I went to Shelly for TMJ diagnosis and treatment. Obviously feeling a little nervous but Shelly was super outgoing and comforting. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and really informative through the whole visit. The process was easy and I had amazing results. I also buy products here. Jess has helped me at the front desk. She was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend BombShell Aesthetics to all my family and friends.

KYBELLA® is a fat destroying treatment that is used in the area under the chin to improve the overall profile. Injected into the fat pocket under the chin, otherwise referred to as submental fat, KYBELLA® is a minimally invasive procedure that works to dissolve fat cells through a series of injections.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
Since everyone’s chin profile is different, the number of treatments varies from patient to patient. Your healthcare specialist will help determine how many treatment sessions you need based on the amount and distribution of your submental fat and your personal treatment goals. Each KYBELLA® treatment session is given at least 1 month apart, and you should not receive more than 6 treatments. In clinical studies, 59% of patients received 6 treatments.

Microneedling also known as collagen induction therapy is a minimally invasive treatment which involves using fine needles to create tiny, invisible puncture wounds in the top layer of skin. It has the ability to stimulate the growth of collagen and elastin, which is the key to new, youthful-looking skin. With its ability to trigger the generation of new skin cells, just a few sessions of will noticeably reduce fine lines, crow’s feet, and deep wrinkles on the forehead as well as fade acne scars, and make skin look refreshed.
WHAT TARGETED AREAS DOES MICRONEEDLING TREAT?
Microneedling is primarily used on the face, but can be used across various locations on the body. It is most often used to target the following:
Acne scars and large pores
Age/sun spots or uneven skin tone
Fine lines and wrinkles
Reduced skin elasticity
Other types of scarring
WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS OF MICRONEEDLING?
The most common side effect is minor skin irritation immediately following the procedure. Redness is also common for the first few days.

PLATELET RICH PLASMA THERPAY (PRP)
PRP: The power of platelets, using your own cells to stimulate collagen production, reduce under-eye circles, and thicken hair.
Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy, commonly referred to as "PRP", is a non-invasive procedure that is simple, painless, and conveniently done in a single office visit.
The process consists of having a small amount of blood drawn from the patient, just like a routine blood test. Once the blood is drawn it is then placed into a centrifuge which spins the blood at high speeds in order to separate the blood into red blood cells and concentrated platelets. Once separated, the red blood cells are discarded, and we are left with the concentrated Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), which is ready to be used in the treatment process.
PRP injection therapy acts as a matrix that promotes your own collagen to grow, regenerates tissues, and thus acts as to naturally smooth and tighten the skin. This means you can get a more youthful look in a short period as it softens wrinkles, creating a smoother skin texture and tone.
As a non-invasive hair loss management treatment, the growth factors in your blood cells help stimulate your hair growth cells to produce thicker hair over time.
Introducing Microneedling to these procedures jump-starts the body's healing response. As a result, new collagen is formed on the skin and hands, as well as inducing hair growth on the scalp.
WHO IS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR PRP INJECTIONS?
Adults who are interested in natural tissue rejuvenation to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne scars, and textural irregularities are often good candidates for PRP injections. Ideal candidates are in good general health and do not smoke or drink excessively, as these habits affect the body’s ability to produce collagen and other regenerative chemicals. A PRP consultation involves a discussion about goals, a brief medical history, and details about how platelet-rich plasma works and what may inhibit the efficacy of this treatment.

We all want a beautiful smile that is whiter and brighter. Unfortunately, you cannot change your natural DNA nor can you simply change the color of your teeth; Beaming White products remove stains by penetrating the tooth structure, erasing stains and rejuvenating the color of your teeth.
IS TEETH WHITENING SAFE?
Yes! Millions of teeth whitening procedures are performed every year around the world. We transform smiles using the Beaming White teeth whitening system, which works with blue LED light. Studies have shown that blue light is the safest for the teeth and gums due to its gentle energy. The Beaming White teeth whitening process is completed in stages. The gradual lifting of stains can help keep side effects like sensitivity to a minimum.
AM I A GOOD TOOTH WHITENING CANDIDATE?
Most adults are excellent candidates for teeth whitening. Once again, the Beaming White teeth whitening treatment stands out because it is made to work using cool blue LED light, not harsh light that could burn or irritate the gums. As a result of the gentleness, Beaming White can be appropriate even without a recent dental exam. We do support routine dental exams and cleanings for their preventative benefits and the way that they polish debris that can dull the smile. However, these appointments are not a pre-requisite for our gentle teeth whitening process.
IS TEETH WHITENING OKAY IF I HAVE CROWNS, FILLINGS OR VENEERS?
You can have teeth whitening even if you have dental restorations. However, it is important to understand that your fillings, crowns, or veneers will not lighten as a result of the whitening process. Only your natural teeth will gain brightness. What this does is limit the extent of whitening we can do in order to match the shade of your restorations.
IS TOOTH WHITENING PAINFUL?
No. Beaming White teeth whitening is designed for gentle effectiveness; however some may experience some mild sensitivity. The concentration of the hydrogen peroxide gel is only 16% as opposed to about 25%, which is common for dental office whitening. The lower concentration can be ideal for people with sensitive teeth as well as those who simply want a brighter smile without side effects. All effective teeth whitening treatments do have to break the barrier of tooth enamel. The hydrogen peroxide seeps into the pores of teeth to break apart the tiny particles that are causing discoloration. Because the whitening agent permeates enamel, it gets relatively close to more sensitive parts of your teeth. This can result in mild "zing" sensations or temporary sensitivity that lasts a few days after your treatment. You can use sensitive-teeth toothpaste to help mitigate this minor side effect.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO WHITEN TEETH?
Your treatment consists of an application of whitening gel, which is 16% hydrogen peroxide. After the gel is set on the front of your teeth, you sit under the blue LED light for about 15 minutes. Each 15 minute treatment can be repeated an additional 2-3 times in one visit. It's that simple! Because the treatment is designed for gentle, gradual whitening, you can expect to see noticeable results after your second or third treatment, and can continue on with a fourth treatment if you want to elevate your smile even more.
HOW LONG DO THE EFFECTS LAST?
The results of teeth whitening can be long-lasting. It all depends on your daily habits. To prolong the effects of your treatment, we suggest drinking through a straw when consuming beverages like iced tea and soda. If you drink coffee, hot tea, red wine, or juice, you can slow down the staining process by rinsing your mouth with water after you finish your beverage. It is also beneficial to brush using a whitening toothpaste and to floss your teeth daily to inhibit the formation of plaque, a biofilm that could degrade the radiance of your smile. Professional teeth whitening is convenient and effective, so you can maintain your bright smile by scheduling whitening touch-ups up to a few times a year as needed.
